When an opportunity to acquire a medical educational institute was offered, we recognized the opportunity and decided to go forward with the acquisition of Western Polytechnic Institute, LLC. The institute will continue to be in the business of providing medical education courses for CNAs, Patient Care Technicians, Phlebotomy Technicians and ECG/EKG Technicians.
